Luxe Arrangements, the concierge service solution for your company

You can give your staff the ability to balance the time spent fulfilling the demands of their professional lives and their family lives. Research shows that nine out of ten employees said the the ability to balance both is a major factor in determining their commitment to their job and their employer. The costs of stress related illness, sick leave and employees spending an average of 10-15% of their time at work with personal tasks are very high. Think of the savings that your company could make if your staff were focused on business instead of scheduling doctor appointments, that their children are at home, that they have some home maintenance issue, etc. Companies benefit because employees who have assistance with family and home commitments can be stress free and keep focused on their job.

 

Your Employees:
Since no two companies are alike, Lifestyles Management will work with you to customize a corporate concierge program. Our pricing will depend on the amount of employees you have or wish to offer which kinds of services. We have different levels of service as monthly memberships. Once we have determined your needs we will have a full proposal so you can choose what is best for you and fits into your budget.

Corporate Concierge Account:

You company contracts Luxe Arrangements, the Ultimate Concierge Service, to establish concierge accounts that works for you. Each employee you wish to enroll in this program will be notified and the established program will be explained. The employer funds these accounts with a minimum initial balance. The employee may purchase services from their account. At the beginning of each month the company will replenish the account. Employees will be required to establish Affiliated Member Accounts (see below) to pay for service hour overages, fees and items purchased on their behalf.

On a monthly basis, the employer will be given an itemized report including the dollars spent and employees utilizing the services.

Affiliated Member Accounts:

Employees can establish their own concierge accounts by depositing a $100 minimum balance with Luxe Arrangements. The account will be set up in the same way and funds in these accounts will be used to pay for all services, fees and purchases made on the employee's behalf. The amount of funds necessary to maintain the appropriate account balance will fluctuate depending on monthly usage. Employees can elect to use their credit card to replenish this account. We will be happy to keep their credit card information on file and will only charge their account when ever they authorize us.

  • Employees will receive a Welcome Packet outlining our services.
  • Monthly balances in these accounts will roll over each month until terminated.
  • All information is strictly confidential and will not be shared with any outside parties.

 

A La Carte Services

Services may be utilized without establishment of a concierge account. These are 'pay as you go' services. No Concierge Account discounts are applied with these A La Carte services and a minimum of 1 hour for services will be applied.
